1. Request an Instant Price
- Visit our ‘Online Shop' service or call us for a competitive price. You will not be disappointed!
2. Place an Order
- Confirm your quote and personal detail, remember we also accept your own cartons and other items. A deposit is required at this stage, but don’t worry as this will be deducted from your overall balance.
3. Arrange Carton Delivery
- We will deliver to you cartons by post (RoyalMail) or on a day that is most convenient for you. You can arrange the delivery of your cartons here Online or by calling our number.
4. Arrange Collection
- Finished packing? Then simply let us know, via Online or by Telephone, Which day is most suitable for you. We will then collect your packed cartons during the collection period.
5. Final Check
- Payment and Important Document check are made and completed. Your belongings will then be ready for dispatch.
6. In Transit
- Take about 6-8 weeks to ship your belongings to Port Klang and 1– 2 weeks for the delivery to your door. However, the estimate time taken for your belongings to get to its destination from the day we collect them is 8 weeks.
7. Final Redelivery to you
- When your belongings/consignment arrives at the destination port, our appointed representative will contact you or your representatives in Malaysia to arrange a suitable date for delivery to your address/destination.
